Instructions for Putting On Your Define Band
Step 1
Wrap the band around your waist at the smallest part of your midsection, generally around your belly button area.
Bring the two ends together and ensure the zipper is connected properly before you start zipping.
Step 2
Once the band is around your belly button, connect the two sides and begin to pull the zipper up.
Pull the bottom of the band down after zipper is all the way up.
Step 3
Secure the velcro straps after zipping. Do not overly tighten straps.
The straps should be left undone and open, or removed, when doing abdominal exercises.

I love this band. Fits perfectly and super comfortable. The first few days were definitely get to use wearing days but I can’t leave home without my waistband on now the size chart is on point so please listen to the recommendation it provides. My weight 131lb 5 ft if that helps any.

My first band was great it fit well and of course great quality. I love the fit of this band (5x, 247lbs, 5’6”) as it covers the lower belly (fupa area). My last Define Band did not although I was smaller. Unfortunately, my Define Band bunches in the back. It seems larger in the back. I need to put it on before I put my clothes on for it to fit correctly and comfortably yet the bunches happen. It almost feels too big yet I believe I need the space to be comfortable. I’ll get a size lower in a few months once I lose a few more pounds and inches. I’m definitely buying my band from WhatWaist again.

If you’re a bigger woman with a decent gut to booty ratio the size chart is very helpful. I went one size smaller than my weight according to the size chart because I knew the inches didn’t really correlate. It’s been a while so I wear it an hr a dad while I walk a mile and it is definitely doing the d**n thing.

Fits great! Loving the blue I like to see the sweat equity on the band. I’m a male, size 36waist, I normally wear an L/XL shirt I ordered a 3XL fits great has the minimum wiggle room that I need. Blue color really pops. The material is really breathable easy to hand clean
