We fully back the quality of our products and we strive to make sure each purchase is a success for you and What Waist. Making sure you receive items that fit and are free from defects is a priority for us and for this reason, we offer a 30 day exchange policy that will cover any manufacturer defect or sizing issue that you may experience. We do not offer refunds, but we can issue store credit for eligible orders.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase exchanges can be made for eligible items. These exchanges are handled by issuing a store credit in the amount necessary to repurchase the item once it has been received in acceptable condition. We will physically inspect each return and we reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not pass inspection. In order for an exchange to be accepted and a credit to be issued, the item that you are returning should be in new condition in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Exchanges should show no signs of wear, odors, stains (glitters, oils, etc), and no dampness from sweat or otherwise. If the exchange is denied, you will be responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to you. In the package, please include a brief note with the following information:

After receiving your return, we will process your order within 4-9 business days and you will receive the credit in the amount that you paid for the item, which you can use to reorder.

We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping.

In order to receive the credit, please be sure that you can log into your account here, as the credit will be issued to your account. If you did not create an account when you ordered, please do so by clicking here and and creating an account so that your credit can be issued. This will speed up the process of getting you the correct item.

Manufacturer defects are covered for 30 days after purchase. Manufacturer defects are any malfunctions that occur from normal use of the product. Misuse or damage that is the result of abuse will not be covered and can be declined at our discretion.
