Vegan Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

The simple swap of a plant-based milk and gluten-free oats gives you all the creaminess and taste of traditional oatmeal with a healthier take on breakfast.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1 cup Gluten-Free Oats

  1 - 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  1 tsp Cinnamon

  1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  Pinch Salt

  1 cup Plant-Based Milk

  1 cup Water

  Fruit, for topping

  1/2 Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, chopped, for topping

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, milk, and water in a small pot.
  2. Transfer the pot to a stovetop. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently to make sure the oatmeal does not stick to the bottom of the pot. Cook until thick and creamy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer oatmeal to bowls. Add toppings. Enjoy!
