What Waist was founded in 2014 by Marina Tyson, born out of her personal journey to look and feel her best after having kids. Drawing on traditional techniques passed down from her grandmother—like the use of waist bands—Marina discovered a solution that worked for her. Inspired by her own transformation, she created What Waist to help other women feel confident and empowered in their own skin.
