We are obligated by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws for the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. The tax amount presented during checkout is an estimation of the tax related to your order.
International Duties & Taxes
For all countries, outside of the United States, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes
We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you have placed it.
To ensure your security and to prevent fraud, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. You may receive an email from us asking to verify your address and card information. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they instantly start processing.
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2-5 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product pages.
Items available for pre-order will be shown on the product page with the expected ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be taken up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we suggest placing a separate order for each.
