Some garments may, over time, and due to extended use, wear and may lose a stitch resulting in a wire exposure which could come into contact with the Customer’s skin. Customers should immediately stop wearing any garment that causes discomfort or pain and seek the advice of a physician. This can be remedied by replacing the stitch. It is recommended that if this occurs, a Customer take the garment to a professional to have the stitch replaced.

MATERIAL WARNING

Some of our products are made of Neoprene. Please check the materials for each product to verify materials used. While hypersensitivity to neoprene is rare it is generally safe to wear. Neoprene is chemically stable and is not considered toxic. Using neoprene products is unlikely to cause exposure to chloroprene.  Levels of chloroprene in most neoprene products are very low.

California is the only state that does require a warning for the use of the material. Proposition 65 requires warnings to accompany any product that create exposures to any of 800+ chemicals appearing on the Proposition 65 list.  Proposition 65 is administered by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency.

⚠️WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including chloroprene, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer.  For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
