Shipping Guide

Thank you for ordering with us! We appreciate your trust and your business. We are working as fast as we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking number. If you have any questions please check our FAQ page or email us at contact@whatwaist.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday 10 AM to 5 PM

 

Processing Time

Processing time is between 2 and 5 business days depending on volume. Our Business hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

A temporary hold may be placed on orders with differing billing and shipping addresses.

 

We do request 2-5 business days to process an order, depending on volume. Once the item has been processed, you will receive your USPS tracking number.

Once the checkout process is complete, processing time begins and refunds and cancellations cannot be permitted.

 

Shipping Method

We use USPS Priority shipping (Usually 1-3 day transit time)

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying series. Once it leaves the Warehouse, What Waist is no longer responsible for any items.

Customers receiving packages internationally are responsible for any additional fees or tariffs charged by the shipping company.

 

Items on preorder status are sold out and ship as soon as inventory is available.

 

International Shipping 

The available shipping options for your country will be accessible during checkout. 

We ship with Express DHL, actual rates depend on the destination country.

 

International Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping, your international orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver not including the 2-5 business days processing time to prepare order for shipment. 

 

Route Package Insurance

Route is an insurance policy that helps protect your package in the event that it is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail-carrying series. Once it leaves the Warehouse, What Waist is no longer responsible for any items​. To ensure the best delivery experience and ensure your package is covered, What Waist recommends purchasing package insurance in the event of an issue with the carrier. Once the order is shipped the insurance coverage starts and we would be unable to remove Route's coverage. Route cannot be applied to orders that have already been processed.

Route purchase protection is automatically added to all orders. You may opt out of this protection at checkout but per policy What Waist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to the mail carrying series. Route purchase protection ensures that if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen due to an issue with the carrier you will be entitled to a replacement or refund.
