Mummy wrap
Lawd Jesus this Thang has to without a doubt shrink your waist if worn everyday. This is my first waist trainer and I wish I knew about this after I had my lipo 360 because I hated wearing Faja's. This would have kept me snatched and then some!!!. I definitely have to get use to wearing it daily because I have back issues. This should help as well with my back. I will make a commitment to wear it everyday but minimal hours in the beginning then gradually I should be able to wear for hours and hours. Thanks What waist.
